About Us

New GateWay Solutions

Taste & See San Diego is an annual event of New GateWay Solutions Corporation(NGSC). We are a Christ-centered 501c3 nonprofit organization that works among the churches of San Diego County to help the unemployed find jobs or start businesses and to stabilize those on the brink of homelessness.

New GateWay was established in 2014 and has helped an increasing number of people every month. Some of the people served by New GateWay have been homeless. In the course of serving homeless job seekers as well as those who are on the brink of homelessness, New GateWay has discovered that there are several additional services that must be provided in order for this demographic to successfully maintain employment.

Addressing the critical issue of unemployment often means simultaneously addressing the co-occurring issue of homelessness. New GateWay’s Homeless Reintegration Program” seeks to overcome the major barriers that are preventing motivated citizens from obtaining and maintaining employment and housing while also becoming productive members of the communities in which they reside.
